COmmunity CONNECT WORKER

When You Don’t Know Where to Begin, Start Here.

Life can be overwhelming sometimes, and troubles may pile up; it can be difficult to know where to go or how to best manage difficulties as they arise. Our Community Connect Worker is here to assist you to identify and prioritise the challenges you are facing, and will work with you to ensure you have the resources you require to create a positive change in your circumstances.

Using a person-centered approach and drawing on local and regional knowledge, the CCW will support you to find the services and resources to best suit your needs. Acting as a guide to help you navigate the different services you seek and offering information, advice and referrals to those service providers, the CCW can relieve the stress and frustration of gaining control of your life.

The CCW is able to assist you to access services such as: financial counselling, health services, housing advocacy, mental health support, legal services, and AOD concerns.

You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change where you’re heading!
