How we actively uphold child safety across all our programs and services. We actively promote the safety, participation and empowerment of all children and young people in our programs. All allegations and concerns about child abuse are taken seriously and responded to promptly and appropriately. We regularly review policies and legislation to ensure ongoing compliance with the Commonwealth Child Safety Framework. We implement and maintain robust child safety policies and procedures, aligned with the Child Safe Standards. All staff, volunteers and contractors are carefully screened, trained and supported to understand their child safety responsibilities. We regularly review and improve our practices — because our commitment to protecting children from harm is ongoing and evolving.
