How we can help
Support is assessed individually based on your situation and available resources. Every person's needs are different — we'll work with you.

Support available
A person-centred approach
Our service is inclusive and open to everyone. We assess each request individually, based on your situation and what help we're able to provide.
This means we look at your whole situation — including your needs and your family — to offer the most suitable support. You are seen as a whole person, not a case number.
This program is funded by the Department of Social Services, with additional support from the Queensland Government — allowing us to offer a wider range of assistance within approved guidelines.
We can also connect you further
If you need support beyond immediate relief, we can refer you to specialist services.
