Mossman Support Services manages official social media pages where we share stories, news and information about our programs and community. These Terms of Use govern how our pages may be accessed and used.

  • Encourage behaviour that may be illegal or give rise to civil liability
  • Incite hatred or discrimination based on personal characteristics (e.g. race, gender, disability, age, sexuality, family status)
  • Identify matters currently before a court or tribunal, or breach a non-publication order
  • Post comments irrelevant to the topic being discussed
  • Use our name, logo or branding without prior written permission
  • Impersonate another person

🌐 Third-party hosting

Our social media pages are hosted on third-party platforms, each with their own terms and conditions. When using any MSS social media page, you must also comply with the terms and conditions of the relevant platform. Platform terms can be found directly on each social media site.

Mossman Support Services reserves the right to hide or remove comments, or block users, that breach these Terms of Use — or at our own discretion where we deem the content to be harmful, defamatory, or likely to reflect incorrectly on a person, employee or our organisation.

Moderation is undertaken by our team, supported by automated tools where appropriate.
